MS or MS-PhD Position in Blockchain and Machine Learning Research for Various Applications.

 

INFONET laboratory (GIST, South Korea) currently seeking excellent and highly motivated computer science students who are interested in pursuing MS or MS-Ph.D. integrated research studies (starting semester Fall 2021). The selected candidate will work under the supervision of Prof. Heung-No Lee.

Research Topics: Blockchain and Machine learning for various applications.

Qualification: The candidate must have obtained BS or B. Tech (4-year studies) in Computer Science with good grades. Persons with excellent programming skills are encouraged to apply.

Benefits: Selected candidates will get a full scholarship and monthly stipends for pursuing his/her MS or MS-Ph.D. integrated research studies plus research allowances (range from 850$ ~ 1500$ based on performance), flight reimbursement (one-way), housing inside the campus, and covering 80% of health insurance by the university.

  • Good knowledge about and passion for blockchain technology or deep learning are a plus.
  • Very good scientific communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to disseminate research results to top conferences and journals.
  • Good analytical and mathematical thinking is a plus.
